Wine characteristics
Grapes: 60% Grenache 40% Syrah
Nose: Floral (peony) with citrus notes.
Palate: Fresh and tonic attack. Aromas of small red fruits (strawberry, redcurrant) and the berlingot for its acidulous side. Fine, airy and refreshing, with an aromatic persistence combining a mineral finish and a saline touch.
Robe: Tender and pale like the flower of the rose hip.
