Grapes: 85% Clairette – 5% Ugni Blanc – 10% Syrah – Mourvèdre 10%
Nose: A floral and subtle nose, both fine and greedy.
Palate: We find this greedy minerality. Melons, citrus notes, wild strawberries… Very refreshing.
Robe: A clear rosé with a light salmon tint… which gives the appetite !
