How to place order
You can use our website to place an order by asking for a quote or contacting directly Wine Palette Customer service (email@example.com). If you don’t find the product you want : just contact us as well.
For the first order, you will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering (50% at the order, and 50% before Delivery). We are also open to discuss payment conditions from the second order.
You can pay by international bank transfer.
Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
All prices quoted on our website are ex cellar and ex VAT, for a minimum quantity of one mixed palette ( 600 bottles).
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
Once your order is complete we will notify you of the when the order will be ready. (approximately 2 working days, depending on how big is the order and the stock available).
We are able to manage on demand delivery transportation and customs, depending on the kind of order
Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 3 working days time.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
You should tell us about any special Delivery or logistic requirements or conditions when you place your order
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
