And Benoît Viot borrowed… After pharmacy studies in Tours, this wine enthusiast, feels the desire to change lives. So he did the grape harvest at Château Pibarnon Bandol. He then continues in the Médoc, Château Patache d’Aux in the Lapalu family, and also in Chile at Château la Roncière. In 2002 and 2003 he trained in viti-oeno, and therefore vinified at Mas de la Serrane in Aniane. And it is while pacing some time after, the magnificent soil of Pic Saint-Loup, when it is in search of a vineyard of its own, that it meets the owners of the parcels that cross the Chemin des Rêves. The love at first sight then concretizes the final reconversion of this wine enthusiast.
