About Castelmaure

The cellar Castelmaure is located in the heart of Hautes Corbières, in the Languedoc. It is one of the most dynamic cooperatives in the region. It mixes traditions and modernity on the side of the Serre, limestone mountain covered with scrubland. Embracing its typically Mediterranean roots, the cooperative promotes wine, combining the love of the terroir and modern production. Grapes: 50% Carignan, 30% Grenache Noir, 15% Syrah, 5% Cinsault
Nose: Crushed fresh fruit (red like strawberry or black like blackcurrant)
Palate: Very beautiful drinkability
Robe: Intense purple
