About Domaine du Clos Salomon
The Salomon family acquired Domaine du Clos Salomon in 1538. In 1632, the family passed on to the Gardin family of Séveirac. Since the year 2016, Ludovic du Gardin managed alone. The vineyard consists of an historic monopoly of 7 ha, in Givry red premier cru, supplemented by two parcels of Chardonnay: La Grande Berge in Givry premier cru (0.40 ha) and 2 ha in Montagny. Small yields, work and respect for the soil, everything is done to obtain the best resonance of the soils.
