Champagne Taittinger Prélude Grands Crus

The nose is fine and fresh. The first aromas are mineral and quickly become vegetal, then flowery with scents of elderflower mixed with spicy touches of cinnamon. The attack on the palate is lively and frank, dominated by very fresh citrus notes. Then it becomes much fuller, round and silky, accompanied by flavors of white peach syrup. The finish is long, rich and explosive.
