About Château du Cèdre
Since 1990 the brothers Verhaeghe, Pascal and Jean Marc, work Château du Cèdre in organic and sublimate the variety of Cahors: Malbec. Jean Marc takes care of the vines, then ensuring the small yields and the mastery of the manual harvesting Pascal takes care of the vinification, ensuring the elaboration of elegant, fresh and powerful wines. The duo is now recognized by all guides and sommeliers as a great reference in Cahors.
