The color is pale gold, with beautiful silver green reflections. The first nose is floral, then comes notes of citrus fruits and also aromas of sweet spices and camphor. The attack in mouth is supple, the wine is ample. It is on the white and ripe fruit. At the table, this Corbières Blanc Cabanon de Maylandie goes well with cooked seafood as well as grilled fish or fish prepared with a beurre blanc sauce.

About Cabanon Blanc
Château Maylandie is a family vineyard of 28 ha, located in the heart of the Corbières, on the Terroir of Boutenac, between Carcassonne and Narbonne.
It is an independent Winegrowers and produce white, rosé and red wines in AOC Corbières and AOC Corbières-Boutenac (one of the rare crus of Languedoc). We cultivate our vines in the respect of the environment (Reasoned Agriculture) and create wines of quality regularly rewarded by the Guides and the Competitions.
