About Château Mourgues du Grès Galets Rouges
Château Mourgues du Grès is located in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes, in the southern part of the Rhône Valley. This 55-hectare estate extends over hillsides and terraces whose soil is made up of pebbles called ‘grès’ (sanstone).
It enjoys a privileged exposure on the southern slope of the Costière, between orchards and scrubland. The cuvée Galets Rouges asserts its intensity in its deep and purplish color. Generous in black fruit and supported by spicy notes, this Costières de Nîmes is gourmet, round and silky. A real pleasure red!

Grapes: Syrah: 60% ; Grenache 30% ; Mourvèdre 5% ; Marselan 5%
Nose: Deep and vibrant, with notes of blackberry and crisp blackcurrant
