About the domain

The Cave Saint Marc was founded in 1928. This cooperative cellar brings together a hundred winegrowers from Caromb. This small Provencal village is located in the heart of the Rhone Valley within the Ventoux appellation. A veritable institution that today brings 300 winemaking families to life. Above all, Cave Saint Marc is looking to the future by focusing on “accessible luxury”. Each bottle is representing the excellence and multiplicity of the Carombais terroir, but at an attractive price.

The characteristics of the wine

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache Blanc
Nose: Very aromatic nose dominated by exoticism and grapefruit juice
Palate: The palate is juicy with a hint of sweetness. Aromas of orange wine and Suze: in short, an aperitif all by itself. Very amyl final of an original rosé
Robe: Pale pink with salmon reflections
Evolution: 2 year aging potential
