About Château Barde Haut
Château Barde Haut is located in St Christophe des Bardes in the east of the St Emilion appellation. Sylviane Garcin Cathiard bought it in 2000 with her sister Daniel Cathiard. They also own Château Haut-Bergey and Smith Haut-Lafitte. It is now Hélène Garcin Cathiard, daughter of the owner, and her husband Patrice Lévêque who manage Barde-Haut. The vineyard of 17 ha extends on clay-limestone soils on calcareous rock.

Grapes: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc
